When should I book?
The best time to photograph your newborn baby is within the first 20days. At this stage they are still pretty sleepy. Although, I have successfully posed and photographed babies in this style, up to 8 weeks.
You can make contact at any time following your 12 week scan. Following a deposit payment, your estimated due date will be noted in my diary. You will receive a welcome pack in the post with all relevant information. If you then contact me when your tiny bundle arrives, we will then arrange a suitable session date and start planning!
How long will the session last?
Newborn sessions can take 2-3 hours, this allows for feeding and settling as required.
Where will the session take place?
In my studio in the centre of Peterhead. It is a lovely, relaxing space. You will have access to all you need to make your visit comfortable for you and baby.
How do I view and order my images?
Around 2 weeks after your session, I will contact you to arrange a viewing and ordering appointment which is also held in the studio. You will be able to sit and have a cup of tea/coffee while watching a beautiful slideshow of your little one. You will be viewing around 30 gorgeous re-touched images.
Afterwards, I will guide you through my collections and you will be able to view my products. Payment can be made in the studio by card or bank transfer, and your order will be processed. Please allow a further 2-3 weeks for your products to arrive.
How much does the session cost?
A newborn session fee is £100. This covers the session, post-production and a return appointment to view and order. The session fee is required to be paid in full to secure the booking, it is non-refundable.
However, you may wish to book the ‘Little Peach First Year’ package at the cost of £180. It includes three stages; newborn, sitting (6-8months) and one year. Again this includes the session fee, post processing, return appointment. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with £80 to be paid at the sitter stage. There is nothing to pay at the final session.
What products can I purchase?
Newborn digital collections begin at £375 and product collections begin at £500. Or there is the option to choose from ‘a la carte’ – albums and wall art, from £320 upwards.
My full range of products can be viewed in the studio. All products have been carefully sourced from the best professional labs around. They are of the highest professional quality.

How old should my baby be?
I can photograph baby at any age. There is no wrong time. The most popular stages are when baby is sitting and then standing. But if you have missed the newborn stage, around 3-4 months is lovely when baby is smiling and happy doing some tummy time.
How long will the session last?
Generally 40mins- 1hour. Sessions are relaxed and informal. I follow baby’s cues, we stop and start as needed.

Where will the session take place?
These take place in the studio with a yummy buttercream cake (Victoria sponge) handmade by a local baker. The scene is decorated with birthday balloons, bunting etc.
The cake demolition is followed by a lovely warm bubble bath, which is also photographed.
Please give as much notice as possible on any known food allergies.
What should my child wear?
For girls – rompers, dresses, frilly pants and tutu’s are all lovely. Generally pale pink compliments the decorations and cake design well.
For boys – shorts, jeans, either with or without braces, vests are great for boys. Bare tummies are very sweet. Pale blue compliments the decorations and cake design well.
If you are looking for a specific colour scheme, please enquire as far in advance as possible and I will try my best to accommodate.
How do I view and order my images?
Around 2 weeks after your session, I will contact you with a link and personalised password to access your online gallery. The gallery will be available for 48hours.
Afterwards, I will guide you through my collections and you will be able to view my products. Payment can be made in the studio by card or bank transfer, and your order will be processed. Please allow a further 2-3 weeks for your products to arrive.
